PALLET RECYCLING
Impact and Waste
Each year more than 50,000 tonnes of waste wood pallets and crates are sent to landfills in PNG alone. This makes up 50% of all wood/timber in the waste stream. If the wooden pallets were stacked on top of each other it is estimated they would make a stack 100 km high and reach beyond the orbiting International Space Station.

Cost Effective
We offer a service that can remove unused pallets from your inventory, saving valuable warehouse or yard space. Having unused pallets pose a fire, safety and infestation risk. Why keep them when you can contribute towards a sustainable green planet!
Recycling and Recovery
Wood pallet recovery, repair, and recycling are sound environmental activities that can reduce both forest resource demands and waste in landfills. Most pallets can be repaired, reused and recirculated to avoid unnecessary waste.
Repurposing
If a pallet can not be reused it can be repurposed as:
-
particle board
-
animal bedding
-
wood chips
-
mulch
-
furniture
-
energy (heat/electricity)
